i go to a web page www.pontiacjournal.com using firefox, the page opens but firefox will not display the full page(info above the mastheads). If I use Internet Explorer everything works fine. Why is this?

I viewed the English language version: http://www.pontiacjournal.com/en/

When you say "info above the mastheads" do you mean the advertisements? Is it possible you are using some kind of ad blocking extension?

To test whether an extension is involved, you could try Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.

You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using

Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

In the dialog, click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset)

Any difference?
