My version is 45.0.2 and I want to download the full version instead of just a stub. When I go to the Language page to download the full version, I'm presented with a download of 43.0.1. Why? Where can I download the full version 45.0.2?

With the default browser useragents on WinXP there is no way to tell if Windows XP users has SP2 or SP3 installed. This is why all WInXP users get 43.0.1. Otherwise SP2 users would get 43.0.1 and SP3 users would get served the current which is 45.0.2 on mozilla.org

If you still want the direct download link for the full installer, it's on Mozilla's FTP:

Firefox 45.0.2 full download/standalone installer

Not everybody uses the en-US locale of Firefox and this link is mentioned in the article link cor-el posted.

Actually this is no longer a FTP anymore as the ftp:// protocol on ftp.mozilla.org was turned off as of Aug 5, 2015.
