I contacted Amazon,a nd they had me try several things, I finally uninstalled and re-installed Firefox, but problem persists

Proposed solution was not applicable to my version of Windows 8.1.

Are there any media related messages in the Web Console (Tools > Web Developer)?

You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.

You can use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
