Hi, I have been using the BBC website for years now, but recently it has lost a lot of its functionality on Firefox. MS Edge works okay.

Is it a BBC problem or Mozillla?

Typically, images are not downloading properly, video's not playing, weather favs are not available, I can not even change my cookie settings. It is not a great browsing experience that I have become used to with Firefox.

Chosen solution

You are going to hate me.

This morning the BBC website is working just fine, first time in a week.

I did have a problem, honest. I just don't understand why it has fixed itself, I have done nothing.

But thanks for your help guys.

Hi   !

Don't know if you have a BBC account, but about a week ago members received an email from the BBC, pertaining to their Privacy and Cookies Policy. Among other things : The BBC does not respond to DNT requests,   meaning that you have to check your browser's Do Not Track settings. Also you will have to allow cookies for any BBC page you're on   (but you say that you can't change your cookies settings   ......  ?)

See : The BBC Privacy and Cookies Policy
