This site received a slight redesign that included a horizontal CSS drop-down menu. The site test fine in all browsers, but for the past several days, all links (text in bold dark blue) from the lower content area or right-side General Resources menu do not work.

I found a fix which was to change the z-index in one of the CSS classes from z-index: 1; to z-index:99;.
