I will be upgrading my computer from Windows XP to Windows 7. I need to backup or save my Firefox internet benchmarks, passwords and other setting to a flash drive so that they can be reloaded to Windows 7. How best to go about doing this?

I suggest also saving a copy of your entire user folder under

c:\Documents and Settings\username\

(But you can empty your Temp files and IE cache first; you won't need those.)

I should note that it's a huge amount of data because it also contains the My Documents folder, but it's a good backup backup.
