How increase size of fonts in toolbars? Mine are miniscule.

After loading Firefox 9.0.1 recently I noticed that I could barely read the words in all of my toolbars, e.g menu bar, bookmark toolbar and navigation toolbar. All of the words in the top of FF pages miniscule.
