an ex boyfriend had access to my phone and installed remote access, took my personal information, locked up my accounts and I am stuck with nowhere to turn. I have contacted you repeatedly over the last 10 months, to no avail. I now have no desktop, laptop and my android was hacked. Apparently my yahoo account and is under persona.

Sorry about that, this appears to be your 1st posting here - who did you contact that last 49 times?

How does this situation relate to Firefox support? hoping not to sound callous, but there isn't much that we can do for you Installation of a "remote-access" hack isn't related to Firefox, that stuff is installed in a device's operating system.

As far as your mention of Persona goes, did you try to change your Persona system password as soon as you realized what was happening?
