A year ago we downloaded the program from covenanteyes.com using Vista and Firefox. All went well for months. Since then, our laptop crashed (unrelated reason). All lost. Started fresh with Windows 7. We are wanting to install Covenant Eyes on new system. Firefox wont let it download. Tried & tried. Covenant Eyes TS says they have seen a lot of this lately & that Firefox is looking at it as spam & blocking it without notice to customer. My question... Is there any way to inform Firefox so they can stop this & see it as a legit program? We thank you.

I don't know whether anyone from CovenantEyes has filed a new "bug" with Mozilla, but that would be a logical next step.

Could you describe where the process breaks down? After you sign up, you click a download button, and then... Firefox never displays the dialog to Save or Cancel? Or Firefox appears to be downloading it, but when you go to access the file, it isn't there?

Can you download the program using Internet Explorer? It appears to be a single download that works on all your browsers, so if the solution isn't obvious, you might try that.
