Can't download latest version of Firefox and Adobe Flash Player
I was trying to update the latest Firefox version and it says to click the "menu" button. I don't know where on my computer I am supposed to be to be able to click a "menu" button. I am also trying to download Adobe Flash Player (I had it but don't know what happened to it) but Firefox won't let me download and I don't know how to be able to download it. Thank you for any assistance you can give me. Mary

3-bar or "hamburger" button on the right-side of the Navigation Toolbar, which says Open menu on cursor hover - assuming you haven't gotten rid of it with a "retro" type of add-on or theme.
Download the latest version of Firefox from here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
IMHO, this is the best way to proceed when "updating" or installing Adobe Flash.
First, grab the Adobe uninstaller from here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
Then download the latest Flash Plugin version from here: Select the Windows > Plugin-based browsers - the EXE version. https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html About 3/4 down that page, grab the Extended Support Release - Flash Player 13.0.0.296 version for WinXP.
Run the Flash uninstaller program, then reboot your PC. Then install the Plugin version of Flash. So you'll have a clean installation of Flash for Firefox.
