"Show all bookmarks" shows NONE
I click "Show all bookmarks" and I get a screen which says "Bookmarks Toolbar" "Bookmarks Menu" "Unsorted Bookmarks" then I have to open each of them to try to find the bookmark I want. Why can't I have ALL my bookmarks in one place?
Chosen solution
Hi, Bookmarks Toolbar is the bar underneath the address bar where you can save bookmarks (or create folders) for quick access to them. If you don't want it, right click in the tab bar (but not on a tab) and deselect it.
Bookmarks Menu is the main place to store bookmarks and folders.
When you are creating a bookmark, if you click on the bookmarks star once, the bookmark will go into Unsorted Bookmarks. However if you wish the bookmark to go to a different destination such as Bookmarks Menu or Bookmarks Toolbar, you should click on the star twice, then in the dialog box, use the upper, downward pointing arrow on the far right, to select a destination > Done.

You can also consider to open the bookmarks sidebar if you want to see all bookmarks. You can use the Ctrl+B keyboard shortcut or click "View bookmarks Sidebar" in the "Show your bookmarks" drop-down list (toolbar button next to the star on the Navigation Toolbar).
