How do I get Lighting to work in TB 45, I already followed all the instructions, installed the new version, restarted, still does not work.

TB auto-updated to 45.0 recently. When it started it said Lightning was not compatible. I searched support and found there is a new version of Lightning that works only with v 45, I installed it and restarted TB. Still there is no calendar. Oddly, the Today pane does show some events.

How do I get Lightning to actually work with TB 45?

Additional Info: I confirmed via TB Tools and Troubleshooting that Lightning 4.7 is installed and running - but I cannot get it to display. Under View, Calendar is grayed out. I previously removed the older version of Lightning and Calendar Tabs (or similar name). I've restarted TB a few times.
