trying to log on to a works staff website. it won't work.
have put details in search bar as told but just goes to a microsoft website. nothing works. its Sainsburys staff website.
Chosen solution
It is probably easiest to ask a colleague or your IT department for advice.
You should probably be putting the address in to the address bar on the top left, not in to the search bar on the top right. You probably need a password and login name, and those will b\need setting up by Sainsburry's and you will enter them once you have actually got the website to open at its login page.
If you use webmail or this forum something similar happens, you open the website, and are then asked for a name of some sort and a password.

Thanks John, now sorted. Already had a password/user name but the initial sign on just took us to a Microsoft site. Turns out that was correct all the time but nobody told us that!!
If only you could get given all the info, it's easy if you know, but not so easy if you dont!
