I need an extension or add-on to be able to use my TrendMicro Password Manager. As I was installing Firefox, a pop-up appeared asking if I needed the extension for TrendMicro PWM installed . The pop-up disappeared before I could click on it, now Trend's PWM does not work. How am I able to access the add-on or extension needed for TrendMicro PWM to work with Firefox?

Chosen solution

Check with TrendMicro for information about how to acccess their extension for Firefox. Or look in the Firefox Add-on Manager > Extensions for an Enable button. But typically extensions installed for Firefox by other installed applications don't use an Enable button in the Add-ons Manager, that button may not even appear or it may be greyed-out and inactive.
