Move IMAP messages to global inbox
Running Thunderbird 52.5.2 on a Windows 7 x64 machine.
I have a few POP accounts that are setup to use the local folders Inbox and then delete the messages on the server. I just setup a new IMAP account, but can't find the option to do that. Is this not possible when getting messages from an IMAP server?
Thank You

The short answer is no. IMAP because it is synchronized with the server does not mingle in a folder well with other accounts.
You might want to try using the unified folder view to merge your global inbox and your imap inbox. It is as close as it gets.
Thanks Matt
A filter to move all messages arriving in the IMAP-connected account's Inbox to your Global Inbox should do it.
Do you not have an option to set up the new account to use POP?
