I want to open a pdf document and not downloading it? Where can i find the settings to change?

Just a nitpick: what you want to do, is to render the PDF file in the browser. You have to download it, otherwise you can't read it :)

The PDF renderer of Firefox would be simply too slow on mobile, so you have to use an external PDF viewer.
