Hi,
You should be able to do that by doing the following:
- Go to the page you want to bookmark.
- Click the star icon in the address bar.
- In the popup that appears, open the "folder" dropdown.
- Click "choose".
- Click on the arrow next to "bookmarks toolbar".
- Choose the folder you want, and click "done".
If you have a lot of bookmarks you want to rearrange, you can also click the library button: , then go to bookmarks > show all bookmarks, and then drag-and-drop your bookmarks in the window that opens.
Hope that helps!
Thanks so much for replying. I tried that prior to posting my question.
In Chrome, if I want to add a page link to my favorites folder, I just right click on the favorites folder (located on my tool bar) and select "Add Page" and it allows me to select a specific sub-folder in my favorites folder to add that page link to. Not so in Firefox. Clicking on the star icon does not let me do that.
When I click on the star icon and select a folder, it does not access my sub-folders. When I select to put the page link in my favorites folder, it does not go into that folder - can't find where it goes.
Thanks.
