1. I can't delete any bookmarks. I follow the instruction in you help system and they don't work.

2. At the top of the Book Mark bar there are items when there should only be one. I see "Imported From IE": this contains all of my bookmarks, "From Internet Explorer" Which is empty, and "From Google Chrome" which when opened list Help, Imported From IE, Internet Start, and Imported, When you click on any of these entries they seem to hang up; eventually the system recovers.

3. There really isn't a good help system with support for FireFox. The FireFox user forum hasn’t been any help with these issues and you can't get help from Mozilla. How is one supposed to get help?

Hi. I see that a volunteer on the forum provided you with some information about this issue (or a similar one) on your previous thread, but you failed to respond.

Was their response helpful? It seems to be exactly what you are looking for.
