Folders disappeared
I have a user using Thunderbird 60.6.1 on Windows 7 connecting to a local IMAP server. Yesterday, she accidentally deleted a folder, "COMMITTEE", containing several subfolders, from her INBOX. She moved the folder back from deleted to the inbox, but she can now only see the top level COMMITTEE folder. All other subordinate folders do not show.
When I create a new profile for her on a completely different workstation. All the missing folders showed up.
On the original workstation I did a repair on the COMMITTEE folder and on the Inbox. On her account > Subscribe, all the missing folder show in the list and are marked as subscribed.
On the IMAP server, all these missing folder are there, contain messages and have the correct permissions.
Short of deleting and re-created her profile, I'm out of ideas. How can I get these folders to show up again on her workstation?
