Chosen solution

When you are in Private Browsing mode then all PB mode personal data including the cookies should be discarded automatically when you close Firefox or close all PB mode windows.

When you are in permanent PB mode then you can't remove data stored from a regular session. You need to start Firefox normally to remove this data.
