Why doesn't Candy Crush work anymore?

more options

For the last month I have not been able to access Candy Crush on Mozilla. I have cleared cookies, cache, history. I have followed all the suggestions on the troubleshooting page and have uninstalled and reinstalled Mozilla and nothing works. I get the Candy Crush screen but the game doesn't work. Is there any solution to this?

Hi im2funny4u2, is Candy Crush a Flash game? Could you check whether you are able to activate the Flash plugin on Adobe's test page:

https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

If Flash is installed and not so old that it is blocked for security reasons, Firefox should show an activation icon in the address bar:

<center></center>

If you don't get the icon, check out this article for suggestions:

Does that help?
