Problém s prijímaním pošty po aktualizácii Thunderbird na 78.2.2

Po aktualizácii Thunderbird z 68.12.0 na 78.2.2. nefunguje prijatie pošty jednej z mailových schránok. V Thubderbirde mám nastavené tri rôzne emailové schránky, po aktualizácii dve fungujú bez problémov. Jedná má problém s prijatím správ. Nestiahne aktuálne správy a nevypíše ani chybu. Správa sa ale odoslať dá. Skúsil som konto odstrániť a nastaviť nanovo a pri nastavení všetkých údajov Thunderbird konto nevytvorí a napíše "Thunderbirdu sa nepodarilo nájsť nastavenie pre Váš poštový účet". Skúšal som prihlásiť konto aj na iných mailových klientoch, tam všetko funguje bez problémov. Vopred ďakujem za pomoc, alebo radu.

I can't help you with an official support contact as I'm a simple user/volunteer here. I might try to help you if you mention more details about the settings that you have (server settings on that account - a picture might help). Or you might try to downgrade to the latest working version (not recommended except if you can't solve present issue) by following the steps from my post from this link: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1304532#answer-1350402

What operating system do you have? Can you manually double-check the incoming server settings? Maybe those settings are wrong - you should have from your email provider service some instructions what needs to be set (server/port/connection type/....)

Dobrý deň, nastavenie klienta je v poriadku. Konzultoval som to aj poskytovateľom emailu a všetky nastavenia sú v poriadku. Odporúčal ma na Vás, nakoľko problém je vraj asi v nejakom blokovaní emailu. Moja emailová adresa je [email]l@orangemail.sk. Ďakujem

Dobrý deň, nastavenia sú v poriadku, konzultoval som to aj s poskytovateľom. Mám kontaktovať Vašu podporu, lebo problém vznikol pri aktualizácii a nič som nemenil v nastaveniach. Ďakujem

I have win10 and here is also my settings. I think problem is that thunderbird can´t find settings for my account. These settings are correct. It works on other mail clien, also was worked on thunderbird 68.12.0 before automatic actualisation. Maybe it help to solve my problem. Thanks

You should download the right version for your computer/operating system from here https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/68.9.0/

On last step of the installation do NOT select to start tb

After installed go to run (search run, select that run app) and write on that small field this: thunderbird --allow-downgrade Press enter and that's all. You will have 68 working.

After that go to Option - Update - change update to manually and disable update service. After that you can search for updates manually (should suggest 68.12 - this one you can update). Please note that you will need to search on add-ons page the versions which are working with 68.0* - those with 78* will not work
