So I’ve had the Firefox installed for about 2 months on my IPhone 11. There were no problems with it, until a few days ago. Now when I click on the app, the app crashes before anything can load in. I just look at the Firefox logo and then a few seconds later I’m taken out of the app. I’m unable to access it for now, due to the the crashing. I don’t get any error codes at all, just be getting booted back to the Home Screen. Now I have a feeling deleting the app will solve my problems but I worry that I’ll lose all the tabs I have open, both for the normal browser tabs and private browser tabs. If deleting the app won’t do that and I can reinstall the app with everything being as it was. Then I won’t hesitate to delete then. But if deleting the app erasing everything I have, I want to know if there’s another option to fix the crashes without losing all of my tabs. Like, if updates would fix the crashes I’ve been having, then I’d be happy enough to patiently wait for the next one. I appreciate any help that can be given for this problem.

Hello, sorry to hear you're having issues. Have you tried soft resetting your phone? (Hold the power and volume down until the phone turns off and then reboot like normal.) If that doesn't work you might need to delete the app and reinstall it.

Hope this helps -Nick
