It’s possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry. Type about:support in the address bar and press enter. Under the page logo on the left side, you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To its right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox. Windows: Show Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder Linux: Under the page logo on the left side, you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Directory. To its right press the button Open Directory. Delete all extensions* files and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry. New files will be created when required. After, restart Firefox. See "Corrupt extension files" +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ You will have to approve the updating one last time.

Hi Kevin, in what way are they not working? For example, their buttons do not show up on the toolbar, or they do not take the actions they are supposed to take, etc.
One reason buttons are sometimes missing is if you are using private browsing windows and the extension isn't allow to run in private windows. Here's an article with more information on fixing that issue: Extensions in Private Browsing.
one extension don't wanna download youtube to mp4 and the other when i click on it the menu don't show up i didn't tried the others extensions
and i don't use private browsering

hello kevin,
Sometimes add-on's become unusable whenever the browser is updated to a newer version.
Then it requires time for the author of the add-on to make it compatible to the newer browser.
But you should have the option to check if the add-ons also need updating.
You may consider downgrading to the older version of the browser that was functional for your work.
how to downgrade to older version ?
there are a couple of ways to revert back to an older version.
one way is to execute a system restore point in which windows will revert the entire computer back to a point in time. but this procedure would require you to have been making "restore points" on a regular basis. check out your "back up and restore" feature in windows control panel. the system restore feature may or may not be turned on. but if it is and restore points have been made, see which date would be good to execute for your system.
the other option is to uninstall FF via add/remove program feature in windows control panel.
then proceed to uninstall FF.
However, afterwards you will need to use another browser to download the FF version you need and also the add-ons you need for it.
Tip: Before taking action, develop a plan. So re-read this thread with your windows internet browser and visit the links below. This way, the IE will know where to go when your FF is not installed.
Here is some info on the process of downgrading

Which extension is it?

You can copy/paste extension names and ID numbers (for better distinguishing among extensions with similar names) from the Troubleshooting Information page. Here's how:
Either:
- "3-bar" menu button > "?" Help > Troubleshooting Information
- (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
- type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter
Scroll down to the Add-ons section. Then you can select and copy the table that follows (not the entire page, please, that's too much information) using either Ctrl+c or right-click > Copy and then paste it into a reply. It will be messy, but we're used it.
{0b457cAA-602d-484a-8fe7-c1d894a011ba} this one is the one who doesn't show the menu {f73df109-8fb4-453e-8373-f59e61ca4da3} and this one won't download youtube mp4
{0b457cAA-602d-484a-8fe7-c1d894a011ba} => https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/fireshot/ => This one is the one who doesn't show the menu
Does its item still appear on the right-click context menu? Is that the one which isn't working correctly? (I haven't used this extension for a while, so I can't recall the other ways to trigger it.)
{f73df109-8fb4-453e-8373-f59e61ca4da3} => https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/youtube_downloader_webx/ => this one won't download youtube mp4
I don't see any new problems reported in the reviews on the add-ons site, so there might be something specific to your system or your Firefox configuration. Do you use any other add-ons that affect Google sites or YouTube which might be conflicting?
yes fireshot appear in my toolbar but i used it until last firefox update and now it don't work and the menu won't show up
for youtube downloader : yes it download youtube mp4 i used a lot until firefox update
i didn't change anything on google or youtube, just one day i couldn't use both
