Hi. Thunderbird does not download emails from a single contact. The inbox has an unread letter icon (1), an envelope hangs in the tray, but there is no new letter in the list of letters in Thunderbird. Everything works correctly from the mail web interface and the mobile application, the letter is displayed. Filters are not configured. Problem with only one sender. How can I fix it? Thanks

Are the new messages buried in an existing thread? Do the new messages appear if View/Threads is Unread?

Does not depend. Messages from this sender are not displayed in an existing thread or in a new one. There are all letters put in inbox folder. I don’t use additional folder or rules to filtering
