That's a lot of add-ons. Have you tried the same steps in Safe Mode? I have a Walmart account. Can you provide the steps to replicate the issue?

Just try to check out.... perhaps contact Walmart Tech and ask them to tell you the tech specifics as they claim to have been trying to fix it for 6 months now. They keep telling me to get rid of FireFox

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Hi Don, at what point does the site request a PIN -- is this during login with two-factor authentication (code sent to your phone, for example)? It would be helpful if you could give the steps to reproduce the problem in a little more detail.

Also, unless Firefox is confused, it is enforcing a rule set by the server of the framed page that the page should not be displayed in a frame. To see what that page is, you can right-click that error message, expand the This Frame menu, and click Open Frame in New Tab.
