Whenever I try to load up google, the page gets caught in an infinite buffer that never loads up the page. It occurs when going to google.com and when just using the address bar to search with google as the default search engine. All other websites seem to load and the internet connection is secure. I have also disabled all my extensions and this issue still occurs. There is no error page either. It just stays "loading" the page.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
