I received a text message today saying it is from Chase Bank and directing me to open a website. I have no account with Chase Bank and wanted to report this to you and forward it to you but I have no idea how to do that. Is there any way to send this to somebody so they can investigate it or should I just block it (if I can), then delete it?

Hi

This is not an issue with Firefox for Android but is something that your telephone service provider should be able to help you with.

Thank you so much for answering me and as quickly as you did. Now I have to get on the phone with Verizon during commercials in the football games LOL

Sorry to hear that, but hope you can get this resolved.

Chase has a page on reporting suspicious emails, but I didn't immediately find one about reporting suspicious text messages.

Anyway, they might not be looking for reports from people who are not their customers; that is not clear.
