Here is the message I get when I go to IRS website and try to get info from "Where's My Refund":

Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/IRServlet?" on this server.

I have no problem if I use other browsers to get this info. Got any ideas as to why it's not working?

I have same problem. Tried "no proxy" setting, as others suggested, without success.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
