Hi

That is not a feature of Firefox for iOS.

about:config is only in Firefox for Android (Beta and Nightly channel builds though) and for desktop Firefox for macOS, Windows and Linux.

Firefox for iOS (for iPhone/iPad) is basically a shell due to Apple's restrictions like on what web browser engine can be used and such.

How does apple's restrictions prevent us from having an about:config editor that edits the internal firefox browser settings? I personally can't stand firefox for mobile as it is way too streamlined and there are too many annoyances for me. However firefox for windows is the most customizable so this divides the userbase.

Firefox is basically using Apple's WebKit rendering engine due to Apple's restrictions and not the Gecko rendering engine that you see in desktop and Android Firefox as to why there is no about:config
