Hi there,

I am stressed by notifications and e-mail sync during all day. Is it possible to only allow sync during specific time e.g. 12-15 or only on specific days?

If possible with different settings for different accounts.

I think there should be an add-on for that but I have not managed to find it. Do you know about it?

You could place Thunderbird in offline mode. That is on the file menu.

Or you could turn off the notifications in settings for new mail. I did that years ago, my attitude is email does not drive me, I reference it when I am ready, not when it arrives. So while Thunderbird is open and receiving mail, only when I go look at the folder pane for blue folders do I know a folder has new mail.
