So, I've tried for 2 days so far to restore my email from a backup. I've followed all instructions that I've found and every time thunderbird basically creates a new pop account and I get new emails. The instructions I followed are here, basically: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/moving-thunderbird-data-to-a-new-computer

In my backups I find under the profile these in the folder: cache2 (folder) startupCache (folder) .startup-incomplete (0 byte file)

In the Program Files (x86) I find the thunderbird.exe ver. 102.4.1.0 is what was backed up.

I've tried importing from the backed up profile and a bunch of stuff but no luck so far.
