I'm setting up two Firefox profiles on a new machine. In both I have signed into Firefox and the sync has completed. Both profiles are set to synchronize everything (bookmarks, history, open tabs, logins & passwords, add-ons, and settings).

Although sync appears to have finished I do not see any of my stuff, the theme remains unchanged, there are no add-ons, the bookmarks toolbars are empty, and there are no saved passwords.

What's going on and how do I fix it?

Sync is for sharing profile data on different devices and versions of Firefox. Install a different version of Firefox on device A and then you can sync and see the your data. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

On my laptops I have 1 profile, but run multiple versions of Firefox so the data is not in just 1 browser. see screenshot You can see the ZBook-17-G4 running Win11 has a few versions of Firefox plus Waterfox and I can see the data.
