Since logging onto Firefox this morning, I began getting a message that say Passkey error due to a server error (??). Reading further, I am asked to get a # code from my email, insert it in the query box, and submit. When this does ANYthing, it shows the Amazon site all run together with type that's too large and huge item icons.

I have been able to successfully log into Microsoft Edge to access my Amazon account where it displays normally.

I hate to use other Browsers. Can you help me get back to normal on Firefox?

You may have visited a malware website and have been infected.

You can do a malware scan just to be sure.

You can check for recently installed suspicious or unknown extensions.

Hi there! It sounds like you're encountering a passkey error on Firefox due to a server issue, and it's affecting how Amazon's site is displayed. To address this, let's try a couple of things. First, clear your browser's cache and cookies by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner, then selecting "Options" > "Privacy & Security" > "Clear Data." Next, restart Firefox and try again. If the issue persists, let's ensure you're using the latest version of Firefox. You can update it by clicking on the three horizontal lines again, selecting "Help" > "About Firefox," and updating if needed. Lastly, check if any extensions or add-ons might be causing conflicts by temporarily disabling them. Give these steps a shot, and hopefully, your Amazon experience will be back to normal. If the problem continues, we're here to help further.
