Yahoo mail opens up a new email dialogue whenever I open Firefox, will not stop
Every time I open my Yahoo mail, it opens two blank Draft New Email dialogues addressed to a tech support email. The address it wants to write to is a legitimate one I used a few days ago - but it will not go away. I delete the draft, and the second one and all is back to normal. However, on closing down Firefox and opening the Yahoo page, it starts all over again.
Have checked with IE and the problem does not occur there. It sounds as though some little script has installed itself and I cannot get rid of it. I have deleted all the cookies associated with that tech support page.

Hi Pete.
Try running Firefox in safe mode to disable all extensions. Maybe you have some that is causing this issue.
If that's not it, maybe it's a problem with the site. Does this also happen on other browsers and/or computers?
cant log in to my yahoo mailtext
Elizabeth, please create a new topic for your issue and do provide more information about it. For one, nobody knows what a "mailtext" is.
Hi
I have just noticed - as this thing is happening I get a little dialogue box at the bottom, with a paperclip symbol, saying: "loading attachment uploader".
And another dialogue window saying, "Please wait amoment while tyour message is being processed"
I'm sure this is significant.
I have tried this with other browser (IE) and other home computer with this website - no problems.
I have not yet tried it in Safe mode
Thanks
