Cannot send ecards from American Greetings site. They say it is a Firefox problem.
When I send from American greetings it says they will not allow HTML markup in the message field. Even if the field is blank I get the error. Their HELP function says it is a known failure of Firefox. I have to use IE to send from the site.

According to this page, their website is compatible with Firefox 3.6.13.

Windows browsers:
* Internet Explorer 7 or higher * Firefox 3.0 or higher
If that website says differently in a different section of Help, they should correct their System Requirements page.
Finally, if you don't have any of the text or punctuation marks outlined above, the use of the Firefox browser to send the ecard will often cause this message. If you're using Firefox, please try accessing our website and sending the ecard with Internet Explorer.
