When I click on the + next to a tab Firefox will not open a new tab. I just installed the newest version of Firefox - but this was happening on the older version as well.

I recently noticed that when I click on the + next to the tab in Firefox it will not open a new tab - if I press CTL and a link a new tab will be opened. I noticed that a new version was available so I downloaded it - I'm having the same problem.

Caused by the Ask Toolbar extension in Firefox 3.6.13+, disable that extension or un-install it.
