My ISP is Qwest. Qwest and msn.com are splitting their partnership. I must choose between them for my email acct. I use Firefox as my browser(i.e. not the Butterfly). If I stay with Qwest for email can I continue to use Firefox as my browser? Can I get technical support from Mozilla? Qwest's tech support is of marginal quality and msn is about the same.

You will probably receive many questions like this. Qwest and msn both provide information but they don't address the role of Firefox for the future which begins June 30. I would like to hear what choice others will be making and where Firefox will fit in this murky subject.

Firefox should work fine with Quest. This is the Firefox support forum, we can't support problems with Quest or their webmail service - you're stuck with them in that regard.
