I asked why FFv6 update would not run then caused FF to refuse to run. No answer. Why? Poor customer service. Since, I downloaded v6 and "installed"; now, instead of running, I get "Error: Platform version '5.0' is not compatible with/minVersion > = 6.0/maxVersion < = 6.0" and FF won't run at all. I had to use IE to get to GooChrome and am using it to communicate with you. And, when I tried to leave a "comment" you returned "Cannot use this version, have to use the latest version of FF." Sheeesh! HOW DUMB IS THAT?!?!

No, it will not run. I included the error message in my "question." As for "poor customer service," I thought this "question" system was going to Mozilla and not a Firefox forum. Please count that comment withdrawn.
