I use Weight Watchers e-tools. I have been accessing it using Firefox since January 2011. Within the last month, when I open the Food Tracker window from the home page, it is minimized. When I maximize the window, I cannot see all of the tracking page. The right side is cut off. I now have to use internet explorer to access this page.

The page you access isn't available to non-subscribers, so I cannot see what you're seeing. Can you post a screenshot please?

Have you used that site from a mobile device?

In the upper right-hand corner of a weightwatchers.com page called Plan Manager, there is a button for "Settings". Is there a layout option under that Settings menu?

Thank you!

Press ALT and PrtScn at the same time (this copies the current window to the Windows clipboard as an image).

Open any image-editing program, like Paint.

Press CTL and C at the same time to paste the image into the image-editing program.

Save the image as a JPG file (in the Save prompt, assign a file name and file-type as JPG. (Remember where you saved it on your computer for later uploading here.)

Using the Add images text box at the bottom of this page under the Post a Reply box, click Browse... and navigate to the place where you saved the image.

Select the saved image and click OK, it will then appear in the text box. When you post your reply, the image named in the text-box will be uploaded with your reply post.

Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems, make sure that the window is not maximized:

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

I finally figured out how to find "View" so that I could reset the "Zoom" setting. I have to press the "Alt" key to see it. I really wish "View" and the other menu items visible this way were included in the "Firefox" drop down menu.

Thank you for your help!

P.S. Resetting "Zoom" solved my problem with the Weight Watchers window.
