yesterday i installed win 7 sp1 x64 enterprise on my hp probook 4520s and almost the first app that i installed was FF v9 and TB v9 both of them crashes immediately after clicking on them and even safe mode and profile commands both are not accessible and apps still crash.today after updating TB to v10 the problem has been solved but updating FF to v10 didn't resolved the problem and it still crashes, it tried v3 and it's working properly.

The crash report at https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/f7420419-d6a2-42cc-a0e0-63aaa2120202 shows aticfx32.dll as the crashing thread. That file is the ATI Technologies Inc. Radeon DirectX 11 Driver. Before creating a new profile or updating your graphics driver, you can try this first:

Follow the instructions in the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to restart in Firefox Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode and turn off hardware acceleration (Hold down the Shift key while you start Firefox, click "Continue in Safe Mode, go to the Firefox Advanced panel - Accessibility, browsing, network, updates, and other advanced settings in Firefox, uncheck the hardware acceleration setting, and then restart Firefox.)

If Firefox runs OK with hardware acceleration turned off you can continue to use Firefox that way or you can update your graphics drivers and then turn hardware acceleration back on, to see if that fixes the problem.

It's a graphics driver crash in Firefox 11 Beta.

As stated by mha007, uninstall Firefox Beta and install the release version.

Before creating a new profile, try to update your graphics drivers.
