Using Firefox beta 15, Java does not load. Going back to General release 14, no problem. Have re-installed Java, and it works until I re-start FF.

Running Beta 15, when I start FF, system tells me that I can not run an extension because Java is not running. Going back to FF 14, everything is good.

If you do not keep changes after a restart then see:

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

It happens with version 14.1 as well. Seems to have started this morning with the Google home page crashing FF. I reset homepage to Yahoo and that fixes the crashing problem, but now Java is not loading.
You may have a problem with the Olympic gadgets that Google is currently using on its main search page.
You can try to use the search bar on the Navigation Toolbar or a keyword bookmark instead until the OG are over.
My Java addon was disabled. I turned back on and all is fine now.
