After downloading a generated PDF file on my android mobile from a website named http://ipoapply.com , when i try to open it with my adobe pdf reader app it show an error massage. But when i download it from my desktop i do not face any problem. Can you please solve this issue ?

I think its problem with your PDF reader installed on Phone.
