Which is the REAL Firefox forum http://www.firefoxforum.com/ or http://forums.mozillazine.org/? I can't find a way to get to the "com" from the http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/home, but the "org" is only manned by curiosity seekers.

This - https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions - is the official Firefox support forum. It's only been around about 4 years.

Before that, this website - http://forums.mozillazine.org/ - was where Mozilla referred users for support. "Established in 1998, MozillaZine is an independent Mozilla news, community and advocacy site. MozillaZine is not run by the Mozilla Foundation and is not an official part of the Mozilla project. MozillaZine is hosted at the Open Source Lab at Oregon State University."

http://www.firefoxforum.com/ is another unofficial forum, that doesn't seem very active.
