I'm actually asking this for a friend who needs help and is a bit computer-challenged. She uses FF and when she clicks on images on certain sites to view them, they open up in a window but they are not full sized. They have scroll bars requiring her to scroll to see the entire image. Is there a way to change a setting to correct this?

You can try to reset the browser.enable_automatic_image_resizing pref to true on the about:config page.

To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the Enter key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page. You can type image in the Filter bar at the top of the about:config page. If prefs have been changed then they show as bold (user set) and you can reset them to the default value via the right-click context menu.
