Thunderbird will not download messages newer that 7/19/2017

more options

I have Mozilla Thunderbird 52.2.1 installed on my desktop that is running the 64-bit version of Windows 10. For some reason, Mozilla Thunderbird will no longer download any emails that I have received after 7/19/2017 from my email provider’s server. It also refuses to delete the emails from the server it has downloaded successfully. I have made no changes to Mozilla Thunderbird except the downloading and installing of updates, etc. What I am missing?

Keazen oplossing

It seems you can't do any IMAP operations (download or delete)

Can you reset the password and try again? Or check the address of the server and port etc.

Can you Send mail? (beware, that is SMTP and is another completely different thing)
