Your email provider specifies the server settings not the email client software. Here is the Comcast email server settings help page. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/update-your-xfinity-email-settings

It appears that you are using the settings required by Comcast already. They offer an alternative port of 587. You might try that.

I am using the exact same settings you list and have no problem sending thru Comcast SMTP servers.

If you have the right server settings and sending is still slow, check that your security/AV excludes the TB profile folder from scanning, or disable scanning of outgoing mail. There may be other options that need to be disabled, depending on the AV program, such as scanning of secure connections or 'threat defense modules'.
