Images won't load most of the time, sometimes refreshing multiple times works, most of the time it doesn't. Pages load slowly, sometimes they only load the text without anything else.

I already tried: Refreshing Firefox (aka reinstalling) Uninstalling, downloading a new .exe file and installing that Deleting all add-ons Deleting cache and cookies Googling the shit out of this problem

Only when I start Firefox up in safe mode, there no problems whatsoever, everything works supremely then, but that's obviously not a solution.

My patience is nearly depleted.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.

Firefox shows a purple shield instead of a gray shield at the left end of the location/address bar in case Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking content. You can click shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection. You can check the Web Console for messages about blocked content.

You can create a new profile as a quick test to see if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.

None of these suggestions worked/were relevant to the question. The only one I haven't tried yet is deleting my account, which I think is a bit of a drastic measure, I wanna keep my bookmarks.

Can you attach a screenshot?

You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content.

You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.

If necessary use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" (Mac: Command+Shift+R) to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
