Settings for Thunderbird for ATT.NET account account4 (pop3) inbound.att.net:995 SSL/TLS Normal password outbound.att.net:465 SSL/TLS Normal password true Inbound mail works fine but, outbound email keeps asking for my pass word. I input the password but, ATT.net reject it. I have tried to change my pass word on att.net but can't find the correct web site to do so. I end up with myatt.com web site. The web sit only show my home land line and cell phone accounts. Have tied the ATT help, but keep going in circles. Thank you

I recommend you create a secure mail key and use it in place of the regular account password:

Before you enter it in TB, delete any old passwords from Tools/Options/Security/Passwords/Saved Passwords.
