When downloading Firefox ESR via the website for macOS (https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-esr-latest-ssl&os=osx&lang=en-US) one still receives the old 91.13.0 version instead of the current release 102.2.0. Can you please fix this?

Firefox 91.13.0 ESR is not an old version, but is the last version on the 91 ESR branch and was released at the same time as Firefox 102.2.0 ESR and Firefox 104.0 release. With thn next Firefox 105 version gets released then 91 ESR users will be updated from 91.13.0 to 102.3.0. There is always an overlap to allow administrators to test for issues and prepare a smooth transfer to the next major version.
